3. User Responsibilities

5. Third-Party Contractors

6. No Guarantee of Services

Contractor availability varies by location, season, and demand. The Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

7. Pricing & Estimates

Requesting a quote through Liama Roofing Home Improvement is free for homeowners. Any estimates you receive from contractors are preliminary figures based on the information you provide and are subject to change following an on-site inspection. Final pricing, payment terms, financing arrangements, and warranties are determined solely by the contractor you choose to hire. We do not set, control, or guarantee contractor pricing, and we receive compensation from marketing partners and/or contractors for the referrals we generate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page designs, and underlying code — is the property of Liama Roofing Home Improvement or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
