The roofing professionals in our network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of MyHomeQuote – Roofing. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any contractor's services.

You are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and entering into any contract with a roofing professional. We strongly encourage you to:

• Verify each contractor's license, insurance, and bonding status with your state licensing authority before hiring.
• Request and review references from previous customers.
• Obtain multiple written estimates before making a hiring decision.
• Review all contract terms carefully before signing any agreement.

Any disputes arising from work performed by a contractor must be resolved directly between you and the contractor. MyHomeQuote – Roofing is not a party to any such dispute and accepts no liability for contractor conduct, workmanship, or outcomes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
